I’m not here to tell you to “just love yourself” or “think positive.” I’m a licensed clinical social worker with over 25 years of experience helping people untangle the deep, sneaky roots of shame—and I created The Shame Disruptor because too many brilliant, compassionate, high-functioning humans are walking around feeling like they’re never enough.
