I started Wind Water Wellness to bridge the gap between specialized therapy and the real-life support people need outside the therapy room. With over 25 years of clinical experience, I bring the depth of that work into digital resources designed to help you find clarity, choice, and relief-without waiting for a diagnosis or a therapy opening.
I design each course, worksheet, and resource to help you unlearn what no longer serves you, reconnect with what matters, and choose integrity over image. This is not about "fixing" you. This is about reclaiming what got buried beneath survival.
